● More than 500,000 workers including 240,000 industrial workers, among which 100,000 are technicians, are working in different fields of industry. Besides  30,000 college graduates and vocational students are ready for work every year.
● A new vocational training center will be set up by 2007, where 3500 technical workers including 1200 mechanical workers graduate every year. Besides, the training center will also provide various kinds of technical workers according to specific requirements of the investors in the Base.
